Strategic Feedstock, Agriculture & Bioresource Base

Confirmed: 97 ha of agricultural land is secured in Chibombo District.

Planned expansion: phased development toward 2,000+ ha, supported by qualified suppliers and a planned 5,000+ farmer contract-farming network, establishing a traceable and scalable feedstock base for ANINOVA INDUSTRIES.

The planned livestock programme comprises 150 high-milk-yield, disease-resilient Jersey x Holstein-Friesian dairy cattle and 150 swine, supported by industrial livestock-farming, veterinary, biosecurity and resource-recovery systems. Where technically validated and applicable, agricultural and livestock organic resources will be processed through controlled microbial, enzymatic and fermentation processes to produce soil-regenerating biofertilizers for internal agricultural use and potential commercialization, subject to quality, environmental and regulatory requirements.

Zambia provides the Project's agricultural resource base, production environment, investment framework and strategic regional position.

The Project is located at Plot No. 20, Chisoko Village, Chibombo District, Central Province, within Zambia's agricultural production belt and national transport network.

The Company's model is based on value addition rather than primary commodity dependence, converting agricultural and biological resources into standardized extracts, higher-value ingredients, formulations, biological inputs and finished products.

Applicable fiscal and non-fiscal investment incentives remain subject to statutory eligibility, regulatory compliance and the terms of the relevant approvals.
